BattleCry-USA apparel is designed for entertainment, expression, and personal style. Our shirts (including designs featuring slogans such as FAFO, DILLIGAF, “Play stupid games, win stupid prizes,” “Talk shit, get hit,” and other similar phrases) are meant to be worn for fun.

We are not responsible for the actions of any individual who chooses to engage in violence, harassment, or other harmful behavior toward someone wearing our apparel because of differing ideologies, beliefs, or opinions. We are also not responsible for any person who wears our apparel to cause or promote violence against others. Personal conduct and safety decisions are the responsibility of the individual.

Minors: We recommend that anyone under the age of 18 obtain parental or guardian permission before purchasing or wearing our products. We are not responsible for any harm that may come to a minor who buys or wears our apparel, nor for any interpretation a minor (or anyone else) may place on designs such as FAFO, DILLIGAF, “Play stupid games, win stupid prizes,” “Talk shit, get hit,” or any other item we create.

All designs, slogans, and images are the intellectual property of BattleCry-USA. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. This notice is governed by the laws of the state in which BattleCry-USA is based.
